Dr Dhanabagyam's long cherished dream was to establish a Women Care & Fertility Center and to provide world class treatment at affordable cost in Erode. The first IVF baby in Erode district was born at Sudha Fertility Centre, at the time quality fertility treatment was available only at metropolitan cities. Starting from Erode she has contributed a lot to have spread Sudha Hospital and its service to all over Tamil nadu and Colombo.

After taking over as Vice President in Sudha Fertility Centre, there was a Systematic & well planned expansion program. Resulting in opening of 17 branches within a short period of 5 Years all running successfully. In her career spanning over a period of 15 years, handled many critical cases winning the hearts of her clientele.
